Peer review Process

  • Submission Screening – All papers are checked for format compliance.
  • Plagiarism Check – Submissions are screened using standard tools (Turnitin/iThenticate); papers exceeding the similarity threshold are rejected.
  • Double-Blind Review – Eligible papers are reviewed by at least two independent experts.
  • Evaluation Criteria – Assessment based on originality, technical soundness, relevance, clarity, and contribution.
  • Review Outcomes – Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
  • Final Decision – Technical Program Committee (TPC) makes the acceptance decision.
  • Publication – Accepted & registered papers (camera-ready version) are published in the proceedings and submitted for indexing.
